Andy Bressler, BAML

Andrew Bressler is a managing director in covering Health Care in Washington DC. Regular Research reports include Quarterly Washington Health Care Outlook and Washington Health Care Updates. He joined Bank of America in 1995. Previously he was director of research and policy, National Institute for Health Care Management (1993-1995), and associate, strategy practice, Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman), 1988-1993. He has a BS and MS from University of Michigan, an MBA from University of North Carolina, and is a CFA Charterholder

Joee M. Lindbeck, Esquire

Joee is an Associate Director, Policy and Government Relations for Alkermes, Inc.  Since joining the company in 2019, Joee has been focused on Alkermes state policy initiatives in Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island, to ensure meaningful access to treatment for those suffering from substance use disorder and mental illness, specifically alcohol and opioid use disorders and schizophrenia.  She received her Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and Juris Doctor from New England School of Law.  Joee previously served as legislative liaison for Rhode Island Attorneys General Patrick C. Lynch and Peter F. Kilmartin from 2005-2018.  During her tenure at the Department of the Attorney General, she focused on legislative affairs, policy, and criminal prosecution.

Heather Meade, E&Y

Heather is a principal at Washington Council Ernst & Young, where she guides health care companies, nonprofits, employers and stakeholders through the complex federal political and policy process.

A former ERISA attorney, Congressional staffer and political campaign operative with over 15 years of experience, Heather brings strategic business, political and policy insights to clients. Using legislative and regulatory strategies, coalition building, data and policy development, communications and bipartisan advocacy, Heather helps clients create change on Capitol Hill.

Heather is a frequent public speaker on Congress and health policy issues. She received a B.A. in political science, Spanish, and international studies from Western Washington University and a J.D. with an emphasis on health law from the University of Washington School of Law. She is a member of the New York State and the District of Columbia Bars.
