Since joining Savills San Diego office in 2011, Bridget Garwitz has demonstrated success in leading real estate strategies from research, analysis and site selection stages through execution and move-in. With more than 15 years of experience in business development and account management, Bridget has been responsible for enhancing the firm’s occupier representation capabilities and overall presence in San Diego.
Bridget’s background in corporate strategy and business development provides a specialized perspective when executing facilities strategies. By asking questions and tapping into clients’ priorities and drivers, she is able to develop real estate solutions bespoke to the enterprise vision. Her tactics have resulted in streamlined portfolio management protocols, instrumental lease flexibility and leverage, contracted rent commitments, smooth relocations and smart building acquisitions.
Examples of Bridget’s experience include establishing company headquarters, representing portfolio tenants, medical office users, life science companies, law firms, accounting firms, banking institutions and defense contractors during lease and purchase transactions and in competitive environments. She has secured over 3M square feet of operating space for her clients in the San Diego market.

Bridget helped co-found Shades of Pink Foundation California in 2013 and still serves as an active member of its Grant Committee. The mission of the Shades of Pink Foundation California is to provide temporary monetary assistance to women who are experiencing financial distress as a result of a breast cancer diagnosis.
