Chad leads the tax practice in San Diego and has 26 years of tax experience with EY and another Big Four firm. He serves both public and private strategic growth companies primarily in the government contracting, technology, & pharmaceutical industries.

Chad has assisted numerous international companies with complex tax accrual, consulting and return assistance.  Chad's tax provision and consulting experience includes dealing with IPOs, SPACs, acquisitions & spin-offs, purchase accounting, accounting for foreign subsidiaries, multi-state issues, complex tax accounting issues, and various credits and incentives.

He has frequently been involved in multi-national engagements, assisting clients with IP migrations, international restructuring, transfer pricing, and global compliance and reporting.

Chad graduated from San Diego State University, with a B.S. degree in Accounting and  a Master of Science in Accounting (Taxation Emphasis) from San Diego State University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and member of the AICPA.
