Jeff is a managing director in the EY-Parthenon practice of Ernst & Young LLP. As a member of the EY-Parthenon life sciences sector team, he brings more than 15 years of experience in life sciences. Within EY-Parthenon, Jeff is a co-leader for the biopharmaceutical and medical technology industries, serving both strategic and private equity clients. He focuses on growth strategy, strategic target identification for M&A, commercial due diligence and pipeline development strategy.
Prior to joining, Jeff was acting managing director with Scientia Advisors, a boutique strategy consulting firm, where he developed consulting services business for the biopharmaceutical sector. The biopharmaceutical practice specialized in disease area strategy, product strategy and pipeline development strategy. Jeff led teams focused on specialty products across multiple geographies, including the United States, Europe, South America and Asia. Over the past 10 years, Jeff has provided portfolio and product strategy services to many of the largest franchises and blockbuster drugs in the biopharmaceutical industry.
Jeff began his career as an assistant professor at the University of Florida, where he also served on the solid organ transplant medical review boards for heart, lung, kidney and liver transplant services.
Jeff earned his PhD in Medical Psychology from Drexel University and his BA from Lehigh University.
