Lee Ownbey is a director in Radford’s rewards consulting team specializing in the life sciences and technology industries. He develops executive and broad-based employee programs, including short- and long-term incentive design, salary structures, and equity use planning. Lee's experience spans both private and public companies; he has helped many organizations transition their compensation programs from the private to public market.
In addition to client work, he has led research initiatives around industry trends such as performance equity use and CEO pay ratio. Lee has an analytical background, extensive project management experience, and exposure to a diversity of issues at the senior management and board level.
Lee earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Babson College and a Master of Business Administration at Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. He is also a Certified Equity Professional.
